Interesting sweet blend
This is my first proper wearing of the one of the most recent Dua original blends, Sweet Twists!, part of the Dua Designer Line, a blend of various sweets, including cotton candy and cola, that’s not actually over-the-top sweet, in my opinion, but is rather a nuanced semi-spicy, semi-dark, a bit caramelized of an experience that, particularly after the bright opening, is fairly subtle and needs to be discovered, unwound a bit. It’s not totally obvious to me what it’s like from the very first sniff, and while I like it, I’m not sure if I love it, and how often I’d wear it. There are multiple cotton candy fragrances from the brand that I love (Sugary Fantasy of Cotton Candy, Your Wish is My Command!), but I’ve still not found a cola fragrance that I totally love (Kola Tabac was good but not great for me, though I owe it a retry).
As it’s in the Dua Designer Line, Sweet Twists! is priced at $33 for the standard 30ml bottle size, so a very reasonable deal in the current market, and it unsurprisingly performs quite well.
