Testing Black Orchid Eau de Parfum. It's not the kind of scent that fits my vision of myself, but if a beautiful woman ever decides to lure me somewhere remote to ritualistically murder me, I hope she chooses to wear this one for the occasion.

For the late afternoon when attending a farwell-party for a co-worker (in the warmth of a heatwave here in Holland) I changed to Givenchy III (2007) also one of my favourites. I just checked Givenchy's website and saw Orris listed as a note. (unlike the notes listed here)

I now understand even better why this is a love Orris/Irisses seem to be one of my favourite notes.
