SOTN Fierce Cologne

Exploring Through The Forest , but I think it's more like a stroll through a tobacco plantation.

My SOTD will be Mouj Affection. It is not listed, but it's a (@60% I would say) clone of Reflection Man

This fragrance impacted me in a weird way at first, especially after having smelled the original Reflection Man 2 or 3 days before it arrived.

I then assumed the usual: Maturation. So I let it sit for a bit, and, to my surprise (and not so much to my surprise ngl), the fragrance became more vibrant, citrusy and hitting, so to speak, gaining more of a robust aspect to it and letting the jasmine sit a little bit more on the background, allowing for the brightness and sharpness of it to surpass everything else and take more protagonism.

I promised myself I would not spray it on me before actually wearing it to go out, as I don't want to get bored of this beautiful, clean, simple and magical/special scent.

Change of plans. Art of Arabia I just arrived and... wow.... what a clean cinamonny scent. Already on my arm and maturating!

SOTD is Imitation Woman and she's a wild one, folks. I'm obsessed. Who knew blackcurrant, licorice, and aldehydes would go together so well!

Just dropped @Mitchcraft to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport as he needs to be back in Scotland next week, I will follow him after 14 days also but I'm missing him already 🥹 I'm wearing Her Elixir de Parfum today and he is wearing Ozone (2023). Near the airport we also stopped at my former home town Kerava to admire the cherry blossoms that had just opened and I photographed my SOTD there as the bottle was just right colour 🥰💕🌸

Your nails are so cute! By the way, the cherry blossoms in Helsinki are completely different from those in Japan, they're a deeper pink.

That's so interesting to know about the cherry blossoms! I have never been to Japan but I would love to some day! I wonder if the cherry trees there are a different species or if there's something in the climate that makes them more white... Your photo looks wonderful! 😍

I want to go to Finland too.
This one is closer to the real color. I think it's probably a different variety. Maybe it's a cherry tree planted in honor of Japan. It's may be an Arcolado variety. It's a variety that you don't see in Japan.

How wonderful! 😍🙏 Yeah, it might be a different variety, I have no idea which one but I guess they must choose for Finland that type trees that are able to tolerate very cold winters. I used to live in Kerava a couple of years ago and the city is famous of its hundreds of cherry trees. Here are some photos that I took of them during spring 2023. 🌸
