A Swedish fairy tale
A little story.
"Woody fragrances are a dime a dozen. Actually, almost every one has "woody" in the fragrance description."
Thought the man at his desk
OPENING:
His name was Ibrahim Al-Zoubi. He had just opened a bag of sour apple rings. That's when he always felt most productive.
"Hatschieeee" Ibrahim suddenly sneezed, spilling the remaining contents of the sour apple rings all over his table. "Must be the pepper from last night." The entire table was speckled with ground pink pepper. He had probably sprinkled it a little too generously over his food last night.
Everything smelled of sour apple rings and pepper.
Ibrahim had the idea of developing a really unusual wood fragrance. Something very special! In anticipation, he sat at his seat and waited for the ingredients.
He barely noticed that some of the apple rings and pepper had spread into his utensils.
"Where's that no-good now?" he mused as he half emptied the bag of apple rings.
Suddenly the door burst open. A mighty stag laden with a jute sack on his back stood roaring in the entrance to his "working sauna"
PROCEDURE:
"Ah, Grand Musk! There you are at last" the stag looked exhausted. Apparently he had brushed against some rosemary bushes and nibbled a few cloves on his way. Remnants of these collected works now stuck to the rough gunnysack.
Drydown
"Anyway, we have to hurry, Marie will be here soon, then everything has to be ready! Have you got the roses too?"
"Krop & Själ" roared the stag in agreement.
"Well then, let's get to work!"
Ibrahim took the jute sack and opened it. He tipped the entire contents into his work container. The smell of fresh sawdust from the sawmill filled the room. It even drowned out the apple rings, only the pepper remained perceptible and gave the whole thing a slightly spicy aroma. The small roses, which the stag carefully placed on the table, were only slightly perceptible. "Well, after all," thought Ibrahim.
About 9 hours later, the time had come. PING!!! Done! Ibrahim had finished his sauna infusion.
"If only I had an idea for a really special wood scent" he thought as he sat sweating in the steaming sauna. Outside, the stag continued to eat cloves and rubbed himself against the rosemary bush from time to time. His Marie sat next to him and admired the roses that were now lying on the stove.
CONCLUSION:
With each new infusion, it smelled of sour apple and pepper, which was then mothballed by the scent of freshly sawn wood.
"Wait a minute!" Fled from Ibrahim!"
"I might have an idea!..."
