I am disappointed
I had high expectations … maybe too high, I admit it. The fragrances from Pana Dora have already brought me a lot of joy, although none of them have made it into my collection.
I want to change that and participated in a sharing.
Emanuele and the fragrance pyramid gave me hope. It should be complex, with many beautiful components; if they all reveal themselves over time, it will be a masterpiece.
I have now tested it for 2 days and must now write down my disappointment.
The beginning still offers some hope. It starts off relatively robust with strong, sweet peony. Light citrus and floral notes (mainly tuberose) accompany it and still give hope.
After 1 hour, it fades and becomes a potent Delina. Those who like Delina will be very pleased here. A nice alternative with good projection and longevity.
Problem: I don’t like it; I find it synthetic, piercing, and squeaky. I’m going to lump them all together. Whether it’s the original Delina, Exclusiv, or Rose, they are all unbearable for me, and when I catch a whiff of them in my surroundings, I feel nauseous (BR-540 phenomenon).
What remains now is a full wallet (show-off), disappointment that the scent, despite its complex fragrance pyramid, is in no way special to me. And this “non-special” scent clings to me for hours without much further development.
To end on a positive note (and I gladly repeat myself):

Arbitrariness in Expensive
The opening: Explosive for about 48 seconds. The peony roars at me, I definitely get subtle hints of nutmeg, and there's also a floral-citrus vibe.

I applied the fragrance to my skin because I believe that's the only way to write a review. On paper, the scent doesn't develop the same way it does on a person.

In the dry down, I’m left with a subtle citrusy spicy toilet cleaner mix, which I often experience with some cheapies from the drugstore. It doesn't bother me because I don't expect a cheapie to last powerfully throughout the day.

However, for a perfume at this price, I would like something special. Even in the dry down. It doesn't have to be incredibly long-lasting or provide a sillage for hours. But I would like some unique characteristic because otherwise, I might as well treat myself to a basic scent from DM and spray it on five times a day to maintain my lemon grove illusion for hours.

The scent doesn't suit me; it smells on my skin like our dog shampoo, piercing citrus with spice cube.

Not too heavy floral-sweet scent with great longevity
Next up is the Swedish brand Pana Dora. Already a brand that I should probably avoid testing, as the risk is high that I will want it. It perfectly matches my taste with the blend of luxurious niche and that appealing quality that you just have to like. The range includes so many crowd-pleasers without being too generic. This Pana Dora is number 6, and 1-2 more fragrances will surely follow. Even though it is quite feminine, I wanted to have this one because it is simply addictive and can also be worn by the woman of choice. The whole concept of this fragrance Emanuele is more tailored to women, starting with this pink box, and the sweet-floral notes are indeed more feminine and quite difficult to wear as a man. Surprisingly, there are already quite a few gentlemen registered for this fragrance DNA. Since it is officially declared as a unisex scent, this will likely encourage some. For me, it is definitely an exciting fragrance that has a sensual DNA with plenty of sweetness and floral notes. It is not too far from a designer DNA, but here it is again very luxurious as one is used to from Pana Dora.

In terms of price, the 100ml is typically expensive, namely €245 for 100ml at the RRP. There are occasional offers for a 1/3 discount, which is fair for this great fragrance. The scent comes in the usual moose bottle. I like it, and it is a great trademark here. The bottle is high-quality, and the box is also lovely, in a wonderful shade of pink.
Emanuele is not a really heavy or oppressive fragrance, although the sillage is indeed quite strong for many hours. A similar scent mentioned here is Delina. The color of the box would certainly match this model, but I find it still quite far from it. Even though there is a note of Petalia leaning towards lychee, this lychee is not very pronounced. The many rose notes are, of course, present here just like in Delina. Not a soapy-heavy rose, but rather fresh and sensual with a lot of sweetness. Leading is the fresher peony, followed by Bulgarian and Turkish rose. The floral note of Petalia also comes through well with rosy notes & lychee. In any case, the fragrance is very floral, which one must be able to handle here. Daffodil, tuberose, lily of the valley: These notes may not compete with the rose combination, but they contribute to the flower power. Fresh bergamot also plays its part with a wonderful freshness. The sweetness comes from an enticing combination of almond & vanilla, which, however, does not become too gourmand. Nutmeg adds a warm spiciness and it harmonizes as a whole. In the base, a very soft silky cashmeran note comes in to simply start this clean feel-good factor. I do not perceive vetiver, papyrus & incense, but they could play a role. I find it very harmonious, and it is already a creation that I need to smell more often.
Performance is absolutely top with easily over 10 hours of longevity and a super sillage. It delivers and is especially wearable in the evening, but also in everyday life. Definitely a very well-groomed and also sensual fragrance.

Overall, not too niche, and this fits well with Pana Dora. The strong point is indeed this luxurious execution of this catchy DNA. Specifically, women looking for a rosy alternative to Delina should definitely test this.

New Hype …?
I tested Emanuele today in my favorite perfumery and I am truly impressed.
A very “pure rose with a hint of fabric softener,” I would agree with that. A women’s fragrance that really smells very elegant and luxurious.
Emanuele truly has depth and develops beautifully on the skin. Its longevity is outstanding, the sillage incredibly beautiful.
I cannot confirm that it resembles Delina, but I strongly suspect that it will experience the same hype!

Emanuele is simply the perfect half-blood niche fragrance that I see as a signature scent for many and that will be loved by the masses.

I’m curious to see how the community perceives this, and whether my prediction will come true.

Strong Spring Scent
I like most of Pana Dora's fragrances. Some appeal to me a bit more than others, but this one is among them. Emanuele is a floral Clean Girl perfume that becomes somewhat unisex after the top notes fade. Although Emanuele is rather feminine, it is neither girlish nor trendy; it is unique and sophisticated in an adult way and can easily become a signature scent. The drydown reminds me a bit of Pana Dora's Dorasima (which I also consider feminine and worthy of being a signature). I am currently testing Emanuele in spring with the increasingly warmer temperatures, but I believe it will also work very well in summer. Overall, I think Emanuele can be worn in any season and for any occasion; a refined, versatile, and feminine scent. In my opinion, the performance in terms of longevity and sillage is very high, but I am also a scent-sensitive person.

Emanuele combines Delina’s floral sweetness with BR540’s ambery base, evolving from lush peony and tuberose to synthetic drydown.

Delicate and sweet but not very original. You can find better in this brand

Definitely inspired by Delina EDP. Smooth at first, but then starts to go more synthetic - white florals in the base to give it strong lift.

A pleasantly wearable mix of rosy notes, a hint of lily of the valley, subtle green tones, and a slightly tangy finish. It’s definitely....
