Song Of Oud from the Haute Luxury Niche Perfumery House of Indian origin Ajmal based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a Unisex Oriental Floral Amber Musky Woody perfume. Song Of Oud was released in 2023.
Very Tasty Perfume! A mix of Baccarat Rouge with Oud For Greatness with an Arabic accent. Ajmal also has perfumes with oud in name only. A great alternative with quality and great cost benefit. Easy to please will certainly earn many compliments, and it still performs well. But not a passion for me.

I've had Song of Oud in my collection for a while now and I've been liking this fragrance more and more every time I've tried it.
It has these oriental traits, but is very pleasant.
In addition, you always have the feeling of smelling really high-quality.
Compliments came too!

The fragrance has a lovely fruity sweetness that never becomes too sweet. The ginger and bergamot give it a certain "effervescence" and lightness.
The fragrance also has a very pleasant oriental spicy and slightly smoky effect. The super-dosed spiciness becomes a little more present over time. In addition, the fragrance then gains woody impressions.

The patchouli must definitely be mentioned in Song of Oud.
It is present, but super finely tuned. It blends in wonderfully with the other notes.

Song of Oud definitely has parallels to Oud for Greatness, but also to Parfums de Marly Haltane.
It almost seems like a super successful hybrid of these two fragrances.

Song of Oud has such a strong, pleasing design that it can really get a lot of fans and almost seems like an oriental aftershave to me.

Longevity and sillage are perfectly fine. The fragrance always lasts between 6 and 8 hours on my skin and the sillage is really pleasant. It's not too "loud" but not too "quiet" either.
