Rhubarb in summer dispels sorrows and worries, or bad smells..
Hello, folks. I'm introducing another Berdoues scent today. This time the 1902 fragrance series, which I had been looking for quite a while, especially in niche perfumeries. Who would have thought that the 1902 fragrances are a rather cheap range of fragrances that can be bought almost everywhere, i.e. in normal department stores? Well, you would have to open your eyes instead of just looking after the girls,... argh, of course I meant to look at the scents on the shelves with the cheaper scents, but I tell everyone here myself so often that even among the absolutely cheapest scents there are sometimes real treasures :D
In any case, the 1902 fragrances were probably thought like a competition to the Colognes of 4711, because they are in the same price segment and also give a lot of different fragrances of it. I think that's good, because there's more choice in the fragrance sector, and these little colognes are fragrances that you could use in summer or summer.
Soo, among these fragrances today I describe the Pivoine & Rhubarb, rose & rhubarb, which sounds like a great, fresh summer scent.
In contrast to the scent of Hermès, you can enjoy the rhubarb much longer here, because despite its weak sillage, it remains at least somewhat odorable for a long time, and even until the later base, as I could still smell the scent of rhubarb on my skin after three to four hours, which is great!
Later there is (more in the background) some rose and sweetish amber. Otherwise, the fragrance remains almost as it begins, only that the citric scents are no longer tangy later on, but simply smell nice and fruity.

The shelf life is therefore not the best either, so that the fragrance can hardly be smelled on the skin after only three hours.
Ah, I loved the scent. Of course, since Hermès' rhubarb fragrance I have liked the scent of rhubarb very much and that's why I think it's so great that this scent can really be smelled for a long time, even if the scent quickly loses its intensity. The rhubarb, with its tangy and sour citrus scent, is perfect for refreshing yourself quickly, especially on the really hot summer days. And since the scent is weak and nobody gets on their nerves with it, you can spray yourself several times a day, especially since the scent is also quite cheap.
This is why I think that the fragrance is a very good alternative to the Hermès fragrance, as it is not only much cheaper, but its rhubarb fragrance also lasts much longer. So I would recommend to test this fragrance here, if you are looking for a harmless, simple, but fragrant fragrance in summer, which should just refresh you.
