Perfume with 2 alter egos

This is a perfume for those who enjoy a drastic development in the scent profile. I don’t; as a result, this perfume was a huge disappointment for me. The opening is very fresh, citrusy, and wearable for my taste. However, the dry down is the complete opposite of the opening and middle notes and slightly reminds me of BR540. The perfume transforms so much that I don’t know which category I should belong to.

Q is soft and delicious

I am so surprised at how much I like this.
It was a GWP sample from Ulta and I was not expecting much at all.
It opens with a sweet citrus smell then moves into something more unusual. It's clean, a little herbal almost like oregano?
Something green and fresh from the garden. Cedar comes through clearly.
The cherry is there too but it's light. This scent is soft and subtle but surprisingly good. Completely inoffensive and has a similar base to Light Blue. Without the aquatic part that causes me a headache.
It doesn't last long, and stays close to the skin but I love it. Sweeter and more feminine than I usually like but here we are.

Great cherry for this price segment

The base of this perfume is very similar to light blue - musky and with lemon notes. Yet top notes are very different and it has amazing cherry smell. It's not a cocktail cherry that everyone makes now, it's a very fresh sour cherry that you just picked up from the tree. Very unique perfume and amazing for it's price!

Love at second sniff

I have recently discovered the Dolces for myself.

I have the bottles with the pretty flower heads in all colors, and I wouldn't want to miss any of them.
Encouraged by this, I bought Q blind.

But it's a little different from the fresh, cheerful flower flacons.
Here, after the authentic lemon opening, I am surprised by a smoky cedar.
Very unusual, and I put the bottle aside for the time being, wondering whether my sister-in-law might like it.

But I know from experience that fragrances also have to match the mood.

My patience was rewarded, because when I reached for Q again a few days later, I was completely taken with this special fragrance.
The citrus blends skillfully with the woody cedar and is rounded off with a plump sweet cherry.
Very distinctive and dressy.

So it was love at first sniff.
A special fragrance with a light elegance that can also be worn during the day.

I would love to like him so much..

A little fruity, a little bitter lemon/blood orange and cedar in the base. Actually everything I love!
But somehow not here. The fruits evaporate after 5 seconds. The bitter blood orange/lemon smells quite pleasant at first - really green and fresh. But in the drydown I smell something artificial and powdery that I don't like at all.

The longevity is good though, silliage neither strong nor weak.

I find the bottle super kitschy, but that would have been secondary to the purchase.

The fragrance really had a lot of potential when I read it, but it doesn't convince me at all in reality.
