Ecstatic State?

Pretty and powdery; I doubt Extase will offend anyone. I don't personally get much sesame (and I'm trying), but there is an unusual woodiness. Must just be the big narcissus opening; it smells like wood paneling, no lie. The dry down is a pillowy cloud of mimosa and something sweet, though the listed notes don't disclose what that could be. Extase has an overall dusty-powdery-gourmand feel to it. My favorite part is its performance; this is a dense fragrance that projects perfectly--gently wafting all day. There is an interesting smoky-nutty note buried deep in the base, maybe some toasted sesame?? All-in-all, nothing groundbreaking, but nonetheless pleasant to wear.

A rich concoction

How I love this rich concoction of heady flowers and pungent spices! Specifically, what I love is the striking combiation of narcissus and pink pepper on a base of cedar spiked with oily sesame, making this perfume at once exotic, comforting and funereal. With fabulous longevity and great sillage, conjuring bright bazars, Victorian cemeteries and ancient coffers, Onde Extase just blows me away.

Exotic powder

I am profoundly in love with Onde Extase.

In lots of ways this fragrance reminds me of Diesel Plus Plus Feminine. It has that beautiful milky and powdery like quality that appeals to both my nose and my skin.

This scent is very pretty but also quite sensual and alluring, with the pink pepper and bergamot giving it that little kick, that little something.

The scent is quite flowery but the jasmine, mimose and narcissus are presented in a powdery and soft way, even though the sillage from this scent is quite powerful.

The woods in the drydown are also very beautiful, with the oakmoss and cedar rounding the scent off with style and charm.

I found Onde Extase to be very lasting, in fact I'm glad that I didn't experience poor lasting strength like some reviewers have found.
