Quintessential "cool girl" fragrance

Can't compare this directly to WS&SS since I've never smelled it, so I'm not sure if it is a good dupe. However, for the price to scent ratio, this one was a no-brainer. Has a very fresh-salty-sweet scent profile that gives it widespread appeal while never coming across generic. It is a fairly linear scent, but it smells so nice that I don't mind. This is a fragrance that comes across as effortless and cool! An easy reach when I don't know what to wear. Sillage and longevity are both quite good and a little goes a long way.

Fine’ry Before the Rainbow

I’ve never smelled Wood Sage & Sea Salt, but I’m struck with how much Before the Rainbow resembles Sweet Ash by Snif, but with added citrus. BTR is very fresh, mossy, dewy, and green underscored with a spring-water element of sweetness. A couple of bonuses of the fragrance is that it lasts almost twice as long on me than SA and is more affordable. Win-win all around! Looking at the notes, I thought this would be perfect for summer. Upon sampling for the first time, I was surprised to find it actually wears best on me in the cooler climates of the equinoxes.

She's cozy-fresh

I haven’t tried Wood Sage and Sea Salt (despite the fact that it seems right up my alley) so I can’t say it’s a dupe (which seems to be the intention with this line). But I can say I really enjoy this. The turquoise bottle made me think of the ocean, but think of a rocky coast with clouds rolling in more than sunning yourself in sand.

The airiness and citrus is refreshing in hot weather, but there's this cozy earthiness (maybe the moss note?) without leaning warm that tones down the freshness and is quite comforting even in colder weather. The notes suggest something unisex or potentially masculine, but there's something going on here that does lean feminine to me. The scent itself feels more expensive than it is, but the performance isn't anything outstanding.
