Ice Cream in a Peach Orchard
For a body mist (important qualifier) this has surprisingly good presence and longevity, with notes that, for me, translate to 45% sandalwood + 30% peach + 25% cream.
I was unfamiliar with Phlur before this, and didn't really identify with the type of customer that was popularizing the brand, which I mention because I don't think big fans of Phlur are going to like this one as much. I tried Peach Skin on a whim, seeking a spring to summer fruity addition to my collection, and Peach Skin perfectly filled that role. It performs most as a warm and creamy woody fragrance with semi-synthetic peach. For me this manifests as a peach orchard fruit presence rather than a ripe peach in-hand or a peach cobbler; though there is a decent amount of creaminess and the overall effect is semi-sweet, creamy, woody peach. Because I really enjoy this, I bathe myself in it and am able to achieve (4-5hrs) of wear time with a decent scent trail.
Overall a good option for those who are fruity fragrance lovers interested in a woody fruit option or for those who have maybe not enjoyed others from Phlur, as this feels like a departure from what they tend to offer.
