Slightly spicy Mr. Sketch
Although Kitten Heel is a feminine fragrance (named after the low-heel variety for women's heels which is gaining popularity again), I find this fragrance wearable for myself, too, presumably due to its heart notes.

I'm reminded heavily of Mr. Sketch scented markers from the classroom days, with a ylang-ylang edge. I like ylang-ylang so this definitely works in my favor. Nice and fruity, I get a pleasant nostalgia when spraying this. Fairly linear.

I've had varying degrees of luck with the performance, with eight hours being the average.

Wear on its own or layered with some funky fumes for an unexpected twist.

Truly a High Heel
When searching for Kitten Heels online, you are shown women's shoes. Kitten Heels are the little sisters of High Heels and are 3-5 centimeters high. They typically have narrow stiletto heels and a pointed toe. In the 1950s, they became popular mainly through Audrey Hepburn.
Personally, I am more of a fan of High Heels without a platform. I love how these 8-10 cm heels create an incredibly feminine and sexy silhouette (provided, of course, that you can walk in them :-)). The advantages of Kitten Heels are clear; they are significantly more comfortable than high heels, suitable for everyday wear and the office, still feminine and elegant, and they match many looks. My style is not to wear heels unless they are high; otherwise, I am more the type for white Chucks (which I wear with everything, by the way).
So where does the fragrance get its name? Well, Robert Ugolini was inspired by the advantages of Kitten Heels. It is meant to be elegant, expressive, and classic, even though it is modernly packaged. However, I find the scent neither classic nor elegant in the sense of "office-elegant." For me, it is very sensual and sexy - just like a High Heel.
The fragrance starts fruity-spicy with a fine, non-cellar-like patchouli note. I don't smell much Ylang-Ylang. It only subtly harmonizes with the geranium. Overall, the floral note combined with sandalwood smells creamy - like dipped in a jar. A balsamic-sweet, but also slightly woody note caresses the heart of the fragrance.
An incredibly delicate-spicy vanilla and graceful tonka nuances refine the scent into a mélange of the most erotic seduction.
Kitten Heel is never intrusive. It is more of a close-to-the-skin confidence booster that constantly plays around you and caresses the senses. It is really not very sweet. The sweetness has more of a balsamic quality and is therefore not overwhelming.
My husband reacted with the words "Mmm, you smell damn good," (and those who have followed my reviews know that he rarely lets himself be prompted to comment).
The woman who wears Kitten Heel definitely walks through life with confidence and does not let anyone impose a style on her. She wears what she likes.
The bottle and the color are well chosen. I would have liked the fragrance to have a bit more punch. But even so, it is very beautifully done.
H+S could be better.
Whether you prefer High or Kitten Heels, or even sneakers and Chucks, with Kitten Heel you are always well-dressed.

A Whispered Compliment That Resonates Long After
A fragrance like an elegant step on velvety parquet - feminine, self-assured, and with a hint of playful sensuality.

Kitten Heel is not a scent you simply wear - it carries you.
Even with the first spray, something within me stretches:
Posture, self-confidence, femininity. The fruity-floral opening (I think I smell a hint of peach) flirts with the skin, while creamy woods, vanilla, and musk quietly build a strength in the background.

This fragrance makes me grow - both inside and out. I feel sexy, present, and seen, without having to be loud. Kitten Heel is the quiet glance over the shoulder, the smile that lingers. Elegant, sensual, self-assured.

Very solid clean women's fragrance
Another Roberto Ugolini fragrance that I haven't reviewed yet, but definitely deserves it: Kitten Heel. I have tested it several times already and after some time, I can now form a good impression that I want to share here. The brand is quite solid and has released some hits that have really resonated with the perfume community. Kitten Heel is less of a standout in this regard, which is not surprising considering its scent DNA. Moreover, the fragrance is labeled as a women's scent, which also limits it somewhat. For me, this fragrance is really pleasant, and I can especially imagine it in everyday life when it comes to smelling well-groomed and clean. Additionally, there is a touch of sensuality from warm and floral notes, and I like the mix. Perfumer Chris Carbonnel simply has a knack for what people enjoy and what appeals to the masses. If you can get it at a good discount, it is certainly a great choice for women.

Kitten Heel is a type of shoe, as Google has revealed to me. Roberto Ugolini as a brand has a history in this genre. The MSRP is €194 for 100ml, but discounts of up to 1/3 should be possible. The fragrance comes in the usual orange box, and the bottle is uniform, here in red. The caps are, of course, eye-catching, and the leather batches make the bottle look elegant.
The fragrance may not be highly rated, as it might seem unspectacular to many. This is partly true, but in everyday life, this scent DNA is really well done as the fragrance accompanies you unobtrusively and cleanly. In the base, you find a lot of creamy and light musk, which perfumer Chris Carbonnel likes to use and does quite well. At the start, there is a fruity note that has nothing to do with Erba Pura and its counterparts. It is hard to pinpoint exactly which fruit it is, as the notes are well intertwined. Creamy-floral notes of Ylang-Ylang are already very present at the start and smell somewhat summery-creamy. This is rounded off by rose geranium. Following are rather unspectacular notes that you have often smelled as a frequent tester: a clean and slightly creamy musk note that persists throughout the rest of the creation. Additionally, there is a sweet blend of warm amber and sweet notes of vanilla & tonka bean. A pleasant and not sticky sweetness. This is rounded off by a patchouli note and a soft wood blend of guaiac wood and sandalwood. Overall, it gives off rather tame and well-groomed vibes. The fragrance feels well-balanced and impresses me greatly in what it is. I see it in everyday life and of course also in leisure time, wearable year-round (most suitable in mild to warm temperatures).
Performance is in the solid range, so it holds well and has a moderate sillage that is well-suited for everyday use.

Overall, it is a fragrance that I really like and can recommend to women who enjoy these notes. Of course, it is not a scent that will completely blow you away, but in what it is, it does a really good job.

Whispering instead of hissing
Kitten Heel is so so beautiful. A fragrance that doesn't immediately draw all the attention to itself. On my skin, it quickly becomes wonderfully soft and powdery, almost creamy-soft, even though the opening starts fruity, it starts differently fruity than expected. We don't get a cocktail or anything like that here, but just a delicate hint of fruit. I quickly get a fine powderiness, which is certainly thanks to tonka bean and musk. It has something feminine and playful, without being sweet or intrusive.

Those looking for large sillage and endless longevity might be disappointed here. On my skin, both longevity and projection are very subtle. Nevertheless, Kitten Heel feels like a fine veil, understated, elegant, and incredibly pleasant to wear.

Not once have I wanted to buy it,- but this close-to-skin sillage and longevity hold me back. A gentle breeze, unfortunately, only...

Mr. Sketch marries ylang-ylang. Sweet, fruity, and slightly spicy.

Inoffensive office scent. Creamy flowers, more amber than vanilla. Light, feminine and pleasant. However, very close to the skin.

Very artificial initially but somehow in a positive way; feels intentional. Overall, very bright, happy, and energetic. Drydown is pretty.

Especially ylang ylang, sandalwood, and tonka. Sweet and florally lush, the diva fills the room even on her small heels.
