Unfortunately not convincing
Unspoken has come to me as a bottling at the weekend. I was very curious what to expect here, because Unspoken was declared as a women's fragrance. I was hoping for a softer and lighter variant of Roja Chypré Extraordinaire here, especially because the price is much lower.
Right up front Unspoken is definitely unisex, here I can not understand the classification as a women's fragrance at all. Unfortunately, however, Unspoken is not well done. The whole fragrance seems very messed up. Here, chypré fights against the oriental notes. Unfortunately, Unspoken is nothing half and nothing whole. In the top note we have a classic Chypré, which is well implemented. After 10 minutes, however, the whole thing tips over and there are just spices and resins. Unspoken is a strange and too dense creation.
The durability is unfortunately disappointing on my skin. I can Unspoken after a little over 6 hours already barely to no longer perceive. The silage is okay, but also not so good, for a little over 3 hours over an arm's length and from the 5 hours mere skin.
Unspoken is unfortunately for me one of the weakest Roja fragrances I have tested. Unspoken seems to me lovelessly cobbled together.
