A sweet, generally pleasing, candy-like scent

Bon bon purports to be precisely what it is: a sweet candy-like gourmand scent reminiscent of childhood treats. The peach, jasmine, and vanilla are forward, creating a delightful silage with good projection. This scent travels outside of your personal bubble and creates a sweet jasmine trail. The bottle is an adorable bow-shape with a fine mist sprayer; there was no need to macerate this scent.

Back to the bomb

Only upon closer inspection did I realize that Bonbon has a new sister... and she is very beautiful. Couture is a more persistent, caramel-like, and smoky variant of the squeaky candy. One also notices the close relationship to Flowerbomb Extreme, which is, in my opinion, the best bomb.
Admittedly, sugary gourmands have taken over a bit lately, and one (at least I) occasionally longs for something green, fresh, and naturally scented (e.g., Macaque by Zoologist), just as one craves something sweet after a salty dish (at least I do).
But after I had my fill of green-fresh-woody, sweet-fruity-smoky is back on the menu.
I don’t find Bonbon Couture too sweet at all. At least not cheap-sweet. More like noble-sweet with creamy smoky caramel. With a touch of fruity freshness in the opening and even occasionally in between.
As so often, I have difficulty identifying floral notes. The fruity notes are also only faint and provide a bit of freshness without being unpleasantly synthetic.
In terms of structure, Bonbon Couture is similar to the blue LPRN, even in terms of longevity. Here you get Bonbon for your money!
But aside from the structure and the staying power, only the level of sweetness is similarly high; the notes do not resemble each other very much.
Conclusion: Those who like Bonbon will love Couture. Those who do not like carnival scents should quickly take cover; Bonbon Couture is a candy bomb!

Yes, a fine candy, interesting start with a slightly creamy/fresh touch. Then it gets sweeter, but I really find it delicious.

Sometimes it just has to be candy ;)

If you have Bonbon, you don't necessarily need Couture. A bit more gourmand and rounded, making it more adult with average sillage. Tasty, but not a must.
