The One & Only
Perfume really doesn’t have it easy with me. I am very picky and restrictive. What I don’t like has to leave again.
This is probably because, despite all my passion, I seem to be somewhat of a philistine - many of the fragrances praised here are simply too sweet, too cloying, too overpowering, and too grandma-like for me...

I have completely emptied three perfume bottles so far, one of which is Flowerbomb Extrême - I’m already almost finished with the second large bottle.
So what makes this scent so special for me?

For me, Flowerbomb Extrême works in every situation. I feel attracted to it in any context - it serves as an elegant business scent that doesn’t come off as stuffy like some others, as a cheerful fragrance for a girls' night out, or as a sexy going-out scent.
One thing is definitely clear to me: It always puts me in a good mood and makes me happy!

I can't say much about the scent notes because on my skin, the fragrance doesn’t really develop but simply smells deliciously constant!
It is straightforwardly floral, and in a very bright, clear, and natural way.
So straightforward and simple, yet not quite, because sometimes it somehow reminds me of a raspberry-rose soda with cream... Yes, that sounds crazy and is senseless based on the included notes, but it is so.
Mainly, I can usually smell the bergamot, jasmine, and osmanthus, and probably the white flowers as well.
The base notes give it a slight spiciness, but fortunately, they do not dominate at all - because in general, I hate vanilla.
For this reason, I also can’t stand the regular Flowerbomb; it’s too fluffy-cloudy-sweet for me, but the Extrême is simply perfect.

I have already received many compliments for this scent. I believe the fragrance and I are simply soulmates. If my character were a scent, it would probably be this one.
I certainly hope that this fragrance will be around for a long time, because otherwise, I will miss it very much. The search for a new fragrance, which I am always eager for, will definitely be difficult...

What a love declaration. ;-)

My beloved Flowerbomb in an even longer-lasting variant
Hello dear ones,
here's a love poem to my Flowerbomb. I am truly in love with this scent. From the 30ml EdP, I upgraded to the 50ml Christmas Edition 2013 and from there to the 100ml EdP bottle ... until finally, just a few days ago, the Flowerbomb Extreme was allowed to join my collection.

Longevity: Right away, I sprayed the Extreme on my left wrist and the regular EdP on my right wrist... off to the gym for a few hours of workout.
I hardly noticed the regular EdP after showering in the evening, while the Extreme on my left wrist was still present in all its glory. It has a very strong sillage that lasts for hours. I haven't heard anyone say that it's overpowering or doesn't smell good... rather, it just nudges the people around me on the nose, like a big pink cotton candy.

As for the scent ... I can say that it has the typical Flowerbomb note, but simply more intense, sweeter, and darker. Those who love Flowerbomb will adore this.

Love.Love.Love.

Jasmine I love, Jasmine I don't love, Jasmine I love...
I can hardly believe that in all these years there are only 4 (even very short and concise) comments about this gem. I have to step in immediately :)

When I started to delve deeper into perfume, I had already been using Flowerbomb (the regular one!) for a while and could only smell cotton candy. It was delicious and mentally satisfying to smell like sugar. By now, I understand why it is not called "Sugarbomb," but "Flowerbomb" - I can clearly pick out the floral components. With Flowerbomb Extrême, it is even more evident than with the original. But more on that later.

First of all: the "Extrême" is somewhat misleading because it is not a more intense, longer-lasting, or more concentrated version. However, this flanker takes the floral idea to the extreme.

For me, the jasmine clearly dominates the top note; it is highly present and creates a heavy, dark presence. Unfortunately, I am not entirely sure whether I can actually enjoy jasmine or not. When I compare - left hand Flowerbomb, right hand Extrême - I much prefer the one on the left. In my opinion, the jasmine also carries through a bit into the heart note, where it harmonizes very well with the osmanthus. I wouldn't have thought of the palm leaf, but it makes sense that the heaviness and sweetness need to be toned down. Otherwise, it would quickly head towards a nauseating factor.
In the base, patchouli dominates. You have to like that too, as it is again a heavy scent component in the foreground. It doesn't become vanilla at all, not even at the very end.

I find the longevity very good; if I spray it on in the morning, I can still perceive it well in bed in the evening.

To circle back to the "Extrême": Overall, this is the richer, more floral (and somehow more tomb-like ;) ) version of the original Flowerbomb, primarily due to the jasmine, which is also included in the original form but is evidently dosed much more subtly. You only notice that in direct comparison, but then it becomes quite clear. However, I also have the impression that the sugary sweetness is lost in favor of a more austere note... which might please some.

In the evening, I can wear it well, except on hot days. It is simply too oppressive for me then, creating a sort of greenhouse humidity around me that I really dislike. That's why I downgraded my overall rating from 90% to 80%.

Incredibly Delicious...
I'm sitting here with my new treasure. I'm inhaling the scent from the bottle and my mouth is watering non-stop *mhhhh
Cotton candy really hits the mark, along with lots of sugary rose petals and vanilla. It all develops wonderfully creamy, powdery, soft. Perhaps even a little dark in the background.

I had imagined something completely different under a "flower bomb."
This is simply deliciousdeliciousdelicious. The only flower I can perceive is the rose, which isn't even in there, maybe just a hint of jasmine.
But one thing is clear... if there were roses in it, I would eat them too ;-)

Flowers where are you
I can't explain the name Flowerbomb either; Candybomb would have suited it better. I really don't smell any flowers, just a hint of jasmine. But I don't mind, because as a fan of gourmand fragrances, this perfume is truly a "Sweet Sugar Dream" for me. I attribute the extraordinary creaminess to the palm leaf in combination with the base notes. Anyone with some knowledge of perfume will immediately recognize that only very high-quality and highly concentrated balsamic fragrance materials were used, and that despite being a sugar bomb, it is indeed an exclusive perfume... and thus the high price is justified and understandable!

Flowerbomb&Vanilla - decadent, rich&intense. A sweeter, softer "night version" of Flowerbomb with less sharp patchouli. Beast!

Flowerbomb has been maximized again, but not in longevity, rather in sweetness.
A flanker that wasn't needed...

A mix of caramel + undefined fruit/berry. Reminds me of Gucci Flora in sweet/intense. Fruit-gourmand. Too little amber for me.

Very intense, strong. Only for cold seasons. But really good for a designer.

I don't like floral scents, but the vanilla + amber notes here make me overlook the name. Doesn't last long, but it's good!

Somehow not well-rounded. Juicy, thick fruit - that’s not even there - and yet somehow flat. Overbearing flowers. In that sense, extreme.
