Very potent and thick. The caramel settles to the bottom of a warm cup of milk. Super musky like the same kind of musk you find in dedcool extra milk. To me, it truly is that lactonic kind of musk. The caramel note in this faintly reminds me of bianco latte. But Bianco latte had this weird spiced thing that hit the back of my throat. This caramel note gives me the complete opposite effect; it goes down smooth. It reminds me more of Queens Cramel by Ellis Brooklyn. Queens Caramel way more juvenile though, and a little cloying.
The drydown of this fragrance is very musky and a little animalic. I think that's where the "dirty" part comes in. It's kind of addictive and... sexy. I'm in between loving it and being like, ' Is it too much? I can't wait to play around with it some more. Maybe I'll have to purchase a second sample.

This was a blind buy after seeing people raving about it but it sadly a huge disappointment. This was one of the first milky scents I purchased and I've since discovered that I'm not a big fan of milk fragrances even though in theory I thought I'd like them. But this also has an extremely unpleasant note in it that I smell in everything from BTSO and it just does not work for me. I don't know if it's whatever makes it "dirty" but it literally turned my stomach. I sampled 5 other BTSO fragrances and had a similar experience where ultimately I found them unwearable.

Upon first spray, this is a delectable combination of milk, cookies, and caramel. I enjoy how it’s not too sickly sweet, and the iris seems to round it out well. It’s thick, creamy and gourmand, and the dry down starts to smell almost coconutty to my nose. It’s a bit too heavy for my taste, but it’s perfect for the gourmand lovers, and not dirty at all.

The first thing to hit you is caramel: thick and syrupy, like the kind you’d pour over crêpes or pancakes. Soon after, some spice starts to emerge, all resting on an undertone of steamed milk. It almost feels like having breakfast at a café… where someone just broke the pepper shaker.

After about ten minutes, the fresh milk becomes closer to condensed milk. The fragrance turns richer and fuller over time, to the point where it almost feels chewable. For those who enjoy gourmands, this can be a very satisfying experience.

Eventually, the iris shows its petals, adding a soft floral nuance. It never takes over or changes the direction of the fragrance, but rather complements it gently.

There’s an enveloping quality throughout, supported by vanilla, musk, and tonka. Wearing it feels like being submerged in a bowl of sweet, luscious milk.

Performance-wise, it lasts a reasonable amount of time (around six hours on my skin), though the projection remains fairly soft.

If you enjoy gourmand fragrances, this is definitely worth trying. Just maybe don’t spray it on an empty stomach, unless you’re ready for it to make you hungry.

The composition opens with sweet, charmingly creamy milk notes. Accords of condensed milk add a touch of richness, density, and sticky sweetness, while a soupçon of pepper beautifully balances the composition, keeping it from becoming a literal dessert gourmand. At this stage, it is difficult to relate the fragrance to its name. There is nothing truly dirty about it. At most, it feels slightly dusty.

As the fragrance unfolds, the creamy sweetness of the milk remains, though it gradually settles, allowing woody and musky notes to take the lead. These accords lend the fragrance a little more depth and a subtle dirty facet. Even so, I remain rather ambivalent about the name Dirty Milk. It is not an overtly sensual fragrance, nor is it challenging to wear. The heavier accords simply add maturity, making the composition feel more refined than many straightforward, linear milky gourmands.

And yet, something in me still resists the idea of answering the question, "What are you wearing?" with "Dirty Milk."
