Realistic woods scent

Realistic woods scent 0

I'm looking for a scent that evokes the feeling of walking through the woods, without overly synthetic / harsh wood notes.

I haven't had a chance to personally try any, but this is the whole focus of Pineward scents ! Maybe one of them will catch your eye.

Olympic Rainforest is incredibly realistic. The trees, the forest floor, and the mushrooms are all captured perfectly, with a hint of wildflowers. It’s just a complex, beautiful scent, like Mother Nature herself was bottled.

My partner has Faunus by La Curie and it smells like a forest.

Hello,

Did you try "Bois Imperial" by essential parfum and "sycomore" by chanel ?

Both are great for a "green forest" fragrance

I recommend Endless Forest (a drier, very realistic forest in the autumn) and Le Sillage Blanc (a walk in the forest during a cool, dewy morning).

Two absolutely beautiful woody scent with great quality, no synthetic feeling are

Inverness

and

Sherwood

+1 to Inverness absolutely gorgeous fragrance (but I would say that as I am from Scotland 😜😊) Seriously though it is good.

OMG I completely forgot to add "Forest Riot | Hetkinen / Het·Ki·Nen" to this list! That one is also one of the most realistic representations of a coniferous forest that I have ever smelled.

The ones I’ve liked best are:

November in the Temperate Deciduous Forest Perfume Oil

Relique d'Amour (2012)

Coven

(Full disclosure, I also loved Enchanted Forest by the Vagabond Prince, but the CEO is a hot mess so make sure you uh… google her first…)

I have tried Funerie, Fanghorn II, Eldritch, Tome, and Snoqualmie. None of them have impressed me.
