Hi, im new to the site, and the apothecary-perfumary community as a whole and im looking for a very specific scent to start my journey on. That scent is the smell of freshly watered soil, or barring that the smell of wet pavement on a summers day. I know its insanely specific but its quite a nostalgic smell to me that mossy earthy scent and I'd love to start my journey with a comfort perfume.
Baie 19 Eau de Parfum is a very realistic petrichor scent
Nebbia Fitta is one of my favourites, very realistic damp earth with incense
My favorite is 
Wild Carrot Oud (earthy, muddy) + 
Concrete Rain (rain) these days.

Petrichor describes part of what you seem to be looking for. It’s the smell of the air after rain activates dormant earth. Geosmin might also be another term that is useful. It more specifically refers to the smell we associate with healthy soil.
Petrichor was where I landed after a similar journey. I posted a rather lengthy review here. It is not a photorealistic fragrance but it interprets the feeling beautifully with conscious engagement with natural ingredients. I do think of it more as cold petrichor but that is my native climate association with the smell.
Steamed Rainbow may be too far afield but it gives me warmer humidity, like sprinklers and popsicles on the sidewalk late in the summer.

I don't know why, but with given description you are looking for the Givenchy Gentleman series comes to my mind. Probably 
Gentleman Society Eau de Parfum Extrême the most.

But these are mainstream frags that for me are closest to your description. And I might be a smell daltonist. And the examples other gave above are better for sure

I have heard of Baie 19, atumbled into it by accident but I've been looking for it is stores now for a few months and nada. I've asked around some perfumaries where I live and they've never heard of it. So I feel like a crazy person.
I believe 
Bois du Portugal or "New York Intense | Nicolaï / Parfums de Nicolaï" would would Definetly suit your taste. It doesn’t have much going on as in earthy but if definetly has the mossy and green side. I don’t know your age but I find the perfume to suit more mature people, it smells like elegance and money to me. Hope it helps !
It's been discontinued but you can probably still find decants around the internet: 
Figment Man. It smells like wet, rotting leaves — in a good way, like when you're walking in the woods in the late autumn — and dirty little forest creatures. If you're not put off by animalic elements in fragrances you might enjoy it!
The closest I have ever smelled is from Olympic Orchids which is a boutique perfume house.
Olympic Rainforest is what you would smell walking through the Hoh Rainforest in western Washington during a rain shower, it's green, it's mossy, it's wet.
In a similar vein, Kilauea smells EXACTLY like rain on lava rocks (which is wild to me) with a slight floral touch of frangipani. It is so beautiful.

Not to sound like an total dumb ass but what's a boutique perfume house? Im seeing a lot of good Recs but now im running into the problem of not being able to find them anywhere near where I live
