100% bitter orange
I fall into the small category of lucky people with Jo Malone, my skin for some strange reason retains its scents and I can't complain about the longevity.
That said, I tried Orange Mamalade as soon as it came out and I ended up buying it.
Driven by an adorable campaign featuring Paddington Bear I ran to smell it. What I found is a marmalade made with bitter orange and very little sugar. I liked the linearity and simplicity of this perfume that manages to be both carefree and cheerful as well as adult and refined.
When I want something more gourmand during wintertime, I layer it with the vanilla from Comptoir Sud Pacifique and the result is wonderful.
Too bad it was a limited edition, I will hold on to my 30 ml.
