Warm and fruity
A seductive fruity oriental, warm, enveloping and yet with a fresh note.

A very beautiful apricot start for a perfume which very quickly becomes sensual; heady jasmine, imposing peach, delicious vanilla and a little woody side which brings depth to the whole.

Hard to find it nowadays but worth it!

N.B: very 90s

Eternal Love
The name Kashaya comes from Sanskrit and means "ETERNAL LOVE"
and I think it has truly become that for me
I have been using this fragrance for over 20 years on and off
well, I am not loyal to it, but I honestly love it ....
besides, love doesn't diminish when you share it
on the contrary, it multiplies.
When I apply the fragrance, the opening is like an opulent concert
of sweet fruity apricot and mandarin rounded off with a hint of bergamot
then, a truly magical bouquet of flowers develops, especially the tuberose
and jasmine, which I both adore.
The subsequent vanilla comes across a bit smoky, but this impression fades
quickly and makes way for the oriental woody amber and sandalwood
the scent becomes very soft and powdery and lasts on me for up to 10 hours
I don't like these old fragrances for reasons of memory or sentimentality.
But I appreciate the drama, the richness, and the confidence that many of them had
and so what
love is always subjective, and that's how it should be.

Subtle
"Kashâja" smells just as it is promised in the pyramid.
I bought an unopened new vintage mini because I was curious about an older fragrance from Kenzo.
"Kashâja" starts with a brief, somewhat nondescript opening. Sweet and fruity, it indeed smells and tastes like apricot with mandarin when you crush them together.
Immediately following is a temporarily somewhat stinky jasmine, which obediently submits to the gardenia with tuberose shortly thereafter. This mixture is muted, pleasant, and has little projection.
Then comes a phase that smells somewhat sharp, like acetone to coumarin, before transforming into a light green. Unfortunately, the gardenia and tuberose become musty for a while.
But the somewhat stale scent transforms into a rich and soft cream smell. The vanilla makes "Kashâja" somewhat gourmand. A hint of resinousness and musk with shallow sandalwood allows the fragrance to fade subtly and inconsequentially. "Kashâja" is by no means a transparent and very light fragrance; it is too creamy for that.
The final phase remains close to the skin for an extended period. Of course, this is a purely feminine fragrance.

The original is simply better
I had it before, but at some point I no longer liked it and gave it away.
After I finally figured out what Eisenberg's Rouge et Noir smells like, I bought a small bottle of Kashâya not too long ago, because that was the one I remembered. They are similar, but Kashâya is leagues more pleasant, even though it also has a somewhat squeaky sweetness that fades into the background after a while. I like it from time to time for nostalgic reasons...

Tbh reminded me of Jicky wkthout the tires and a little more delicate fruit

Another variation on the Grojsman peach. It's more complex and weirder than the others, with Kenzo's TM beachball accord.

Fruity and at the same time white floral start; a green note resonates, making the scent seem moderately sweet; woody-powdery base.

Slightly tangy mandarin gives off a very ripe apricot, then drizzled with thick, creamy syrup from heart and base notes.
Exquisitely fine.

Oriental floral power, supported by fruits. It belongs to the type of floral scents that work intensely on me. Great for going out!

You have to be very brave and endure the sharp, sour top and heart notes - then you'll be rewarded with wonderfully soft creaminess.

I’m amazed: It could be a toned-down version of Cabotine and its twins, what a surprise...

I got a bottle with a little left, but it smells like shoe polish - I suspect that's not how it should be, but it's gone bad :(

Starts off citrusy, heart is an overwhelming mix of white flowers + acetone-coumarin-green, base is creamy-resinous - like a boring start. Old mini?

Floral-fruity Grojsman scent: Precursor to the later fruity florals?
Very sweet, but still pleasant and has a high recognition factor.
