Powder Balanced with Green
It seems that no other note is as directly associated with vintage fragrances as violet (especially in combination with jasmine, as the Shalimar on the shelf reveals). The green saves the situation: cardamom - this time seemingly paired with nettle - combines with the characteristic coniferous wood. The resinous, balsamic part is smooth and elegant. Recommended regardless of gender identity.
