Pink powder puff
I close my eyes and what I see is one of those pink hairy powder puffs for makeup. Super girly. Super clean. It reminds me a lot of Parfum de Marly's Delina Exclusif , although that brand has caught the image better in their marketing. The bottle being pink and all that. That one's marketed towards women anyway, this one's not.
Unsuspectingly I used my official sample to start the day. Office day. I was feeling lucky so I picked a sample from this brand that I hadn't already tried. Starts off a bit fruity and swiftly gets sweet and very very powdery. Cotton candy sweet and a little bit floral perhaps, like those really smelly pink roses. Nothing sharp, nothing too dry or too sweet though, it's all drawing within the lines.

I get nothing masculine out of this though. There should be notes of oakmoss, cardamom, patchouli, which should benefit the unisex character. In contrary to other reviews here on the site though, I percieve none of that whatsoever. This one definitely is feminine. The instagram photos even state that it's dedicated to the princess from Puccini's Turandot. But! I still found it a pleasure to wear! I'm not used to wearing ladies perfumes and if I didn't know I might have skipped this one even. Glad I didn't because I absolutely love it.

Performance I found very good. Just two sprays in the morning because I didn't know what to expect. I could smell it myself all day long, even next day it's still pretty strongly present on my shirt. It's not a powerhouse smoking out an entire room, it's just this nice clean fluffy pink bubble you're surrounded with all day.

Homogeneous brilliance
I always get really nervous when I see a new Xerjoff. I simply love Xerjoff. The quality is always right. Just like the past new releases!
I was initially unsure about this one because of the green apple, tuberose and caramel. Nevertheless, I signed up for a sharing and was once again very pleasantly surprised.
The fragrance starts off spicy and herbaceous for the first few seconds. Then the actual fragrance begins: a very fine sweetness emerges. Grown up! Not like Escada, JPG and co. Really very pleasant. From this start, the fragrance is also simply cheerful. The finest fruity notes are added, but I personally can't define them more precisely! Fortunately, there is no green apple (one of my nemesis)!

It becomes rounder as it progresses. The violet in particular comes into its own! It seems candied and not as demanding as Guerlain's Insolence, for example.
Cardamom rounds off the whole thing and gives it a certain depth. Perhaps it is cardamom that makes the fragrance 'grown up'.
I can't get the dreaded bubblegum tuberose and the poisonous jasmine as a single note! Presumably everything is so beautifully interwoven that nothing is distracting or too much.

The base consists of this sweet, fine caramel and patchouli. Both are gentle, not too much or too heavy. Simply balanced. Light florals in the background. Simply beautiful.

I find the fragrance 100% unisex. You could say: the sweetness makes it feminine and oakmoss masculine. But don't misunderstand - unisex, still.
Levar del Sole is wonderfully balanced, homogeneous and easy to wear.
A great new release.

Another great creation from Xerjoff
The first time I smelled Levar del Sole on a test strip, I didn't like the perfume that much and I couldn't really imagine it on my skin.

Today I finally tried it properly and I really fell in love with this great fragrance. It really comes into its own on my skin and lasts well.

For me, Levar del Sole smells mainly of orange, jasmine, musk, caramel, cardamom and tonka. In the first 20-30 minutes, I also notice bergamot, but this evaporates quite quickly. Somehow, however, I also perceive clove, but there is nothing about it in the fragrance notes, but I can definitely detect it.

All in all, Levar del Sole is a wonderful blend that is perfect almost all year round.

I am very much considering whether I should buy a bottle of it, because I already like the perfume very much.

Take your time with this fragrance..
Let's take a look at the new Casamorati Levar del sole today. After spraying it on, citrusy notes paired with a honey-sweet rose fragrance form the welcoming committee. The rose fragrance here is fluffy and light and tends to have a fruity note rather than the frequently used Grande Dame Rose, which many people associate with soap. (If you know your way around, it's not a Bulgarian rose and not a Damascene rose fragrance). I don't know why I always smell chocolate, it's probably just my own perception. I haven't read it anywhere. But it's only very brief.
Then cardamom and sweet floral accords are added. It remains slightly fresh without citrus. Goes in the direction of a masculine fragrance DNA that is pleasing. Women also like to wear this DNA. Don't get me wrong, it's not Luna Rossa Black or Le Mâle Le Parfum, but the cardamom note brings that slightly masculine, velvety vibe that many women like in men's fragrances. The scent in the heart note is slightly masculine but is repeatedly broken up by the floral nuances.
Base of balsamic green sweet vanilla.
Take your time, the fragrance is not immediately understandable because the color of the bottle is also misleading.

Best regards, your GlamNose

Ingredients sound attractive.....but
Basically no evil tongue here. ;-)

First of all, I would like to mention that I find the brand sensational and am a great lover and loyal buyer of Accento, Casamorati 1888 and Acqua Regia.

A few weeks ago, Quattro Pizzi was added - a summer dream (insider tip: layer this one with Bergamotto di Calabria) Caution - arrest for sexiness ;-)

Now to Levar del Sole....
As always, the bottle looks great, not to mention the packaging. I liked the description so much that I even dared to make a blind purchase.

It's a good thing I didn't, because to put it bluntly, this one smells like a toilet stone with Taft hairspray in strength 5.

I don't want to be that bad and I gave it another chance, but unfortunately Levar del Sole didn't win me over in any way - even though I love many different fragrances.

Opens floral with a sweet-spicy edge. Transitions sweet-spicy-lactonic w/ floral tones, has some oriental feel to it. Poor on-skin blend.

Pretty old school vibe. The creamy tuberose is very high quality, but the overall scent is too sugary.
