I don't rate many perfumes but this fragrance... is just one of those ones and as you can see flying under the radar... Smelled it for the first time at ScentXplore NYC end of 2025. Purchased it very recently. You know those ridiculous stories that seem unbelievable about how people swear they always get compliments at gatherings and everybody comes up to them? That finally happened to me lol. Wore this for New Years at a small gathering and got the best compliments I've ever received so far on my fragrance journey. "SOMEONE SMELLS SO GOOD OMG" "YEAH THAT SMELLS AMAZING IS THAT YOU??" I was maybe about 3-4 feet away from them. This scent lingers, it projects, it is SEXY. A couple others came up to me after they said that and they all loved it. My collection ranges from 20-25 high end Niche Fragrances and this was an instant banger. I wouldn't wear this to the office.. this is more for date nights, special events and gatherings when you want attention. I would say this leans more masculine but a woman could pull this off. It's power in a bottle.. Best suited for a man who's confident and can dress well.. deadly combination fellas! GO AND BUY IT(Discounters of course)

Silent Night Chapel Blues

Anyone who has ever been to the Silent Night Chapel in Oberndorf near Salzburg during Advent can attest that it is one of the most beautiful and calming moments for oneself when it comes to the winter season.
Not only is the chapel dedicated to the memory of the Christmas carol Silent Night, Holy Night and its lyricist Joseph Mohr, but it also leaves a very beautiful and impressive impression when viewed in the snow, on a crisp, clear night.

Under the mantle, there is nothing other than Palais Bourbon, which is one of the most beautiful newcomers and is so well adapted to the winter temperatures that it mentally places you in the white snow when you wear it.

Powerful tonka bean, underpinned by a warm, smoky note, which is infused with finely ground spices like cinnamon, vanilla buds, and cardamom. A lovely sweetness glides into the whole, mixing it into a thick, powdery cream. Everything gently touched by earthy, warm patchouli. Snowflakes cloud the senses, the fireplace crackles in the background. Light balsamic notes of vetiver complete the whole. Always accompanied by this gentle, warm, and smoky note. The heart radiates with creamy tonka bean, which fits in wonderfully here. One would think it’s a smoothie for winter. And it is! Plus, it lasts a very long time. The winter heart breathes under the thick wool coat.

However, it is quite uncomplicated, not undergoing any major developments. On the contrary. It is simply smooth. It glides slowly on the warmed skin before it ventures out into the cold. The bottle is also a real feast for the eyes, but the design may not particularly match the content. A snow-covered chapel would probably be more fitting. Palais Bourbon is undoubtedly a winter fragrance. It invites you to linger, listening to the
Silent Night Chapel Blues.

The Smoky Veil of Cooling Days

Flittering flakes, damp-cold air, and crackling firewood. Silence in the forest and lost in thought. Despite the November blues and contemplative times, a warm glow brightens many deep souls here. Bright, uplifting, and secure. A velvety cushion of velour waiting by the fire, inviting you into a world full of affection. The soft crackle of flames.

No aging images of Roman-Greek memories that Memo wants to express here.
Nevertheless, the symbolism fits with the tool in hand to create something wonderful, perhaps even monumental for culture in the next step. Ruler, hammer, and chisel for the right proportions and creative freedom. Perhaps nothing new, yet something that awakens desires.

Memo creates a scent here that stays in my memory. A perfect harmony that Celine also achieved with "Black Tie | Celine," making the theme of vanilla accessible in a way that no one else had before.

Instead of the creamy-powdery orientation, it is a wonderful play with spices and smoke here, evoking fascination and allowing me to dream. The balance, which I see as a decisive point every time, is implemented here again. Not the performance or the annoyingly persistent presence.

Delicate vanilla, underlaid with light tonka bean and a hint of cinnamon. A little vetiver adds an earthy touch and a certain strength. Alone, this would be too much over time, which is why a wonderfully creamy-resinous smoke is introduced, which is not sharp, greasy, or overly intense. Exactly the amount needed to turn a good scent into an outstanding one.

For this reason, the monothematic composition or the lack of development is never bothersome. Here, the focus was on simplicity and creating the best possible outcome from this combination of ingredients. The spot next to Black Tie is surely his, and thus the three figures of the bottle have done a good job.

Insanely beautiful!

Palais Bourbon is a wonderfully oriental, sweet-resinous, spicy fragrance with an extremely beautiful geranium.
The entire composition is truly excellent.
Anyone who is a fan of the brand Memo Paris knows what this brand always delivers, and yes, this new fragrance is simply good again!!

We get a great spiciness here from cardamom and subtle pepper. The pepper is not sharp, intrusive, or anything like that. Just super pleasant and nicely integrated. The pepper harmonizes wonderfully with the cardamom.

Additionally, we have throughout the fragrance development a wonderfully beautiful geranium for me.
I am not really a big fan of rose or geranium.
However, here it is simply excellently crafted.

The whole thing is then enveloped by sweet-resinous impressions with balsamic undertones.
A mix of vanilla, tonka bean, cinnamon, benzoin, and Peru balsam.
It sounded good to me beforehand, and yes, it does smell good!

Additionally, pleasant incense also sets in over time.
Not at all church-like incense, just for your information.
The incense is really very pleasing and fits perfectly with the other accords of the fragrance.

I really like it!
I am also just a fan of Memo Paris.
