Basically a musk...
Tried on a chilly, rainy, 50-something degree F day. The citrus opening was brief. Irl, I've only known the jasmine sambac flowers, as a living plant and in tea. I can't say I enjoy grandiflorum as much as I do sambac. The middle notes faded pretty fast, and I was left with a very woody musk with the barest hint of white florals after 15 minutes. For a moment I thought it was patchouli, the vetiver was so dark and earthy.
Even if were enamored with this fragrance, I'd be quite disappointed with it's performance considering the price point. The middle notes should last much longer and I can find a basic woody musk base for way cheaper.
