The Smell of Manhattan in the Fall!

Definitely a fall time in Manhattan kind of scent. Not the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, or Brooklyn; Manhattan. I'll go so far as to say had this had NYC etched into the glass, with no other naming, this would have been one of the most recognizable and most sold perfumes of all times. The lackluster marketing definitely handicapped the embrace of this one.

A beautifully made, chic, masculine perfume. 10/10

Autumn vibes

In the early part of the 2020s, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a masculine scent that's not heavily infused with vanilla, Tonka and other overly sweet notes and accords. Also, to find a primarily masculine fragrance that's also not a fougere or chypre AND not sweet is almost unheard of anymore. "Le Vestiaire - 6 Place Saint Sulpice | Yves Saint Laurent" is that fragrance. Woody, spicy, resinous, dense enough, masculine. In the same vein as Bvlgari Man In Black but a more top shelf version, if you will. The spicy leather with the saffron is perfect for a man who doesn't want to indulge in the overly sweet or gourmand fragrances that are being pushed out by damn near every fragrance house on planet earth. Easily overshadowed by "Le Vestiaire - Tuxedo | Yves Saint Laurent" and "Le Vestiaire - Caban | Yves Saint Laurent" but definitely no slouch. An awesome designer release.

Leather, Labdanum, and Lavender

Leather, labdanum and tonka combine to create a beautiful leathery and spicy amber base being flanked on all sides by lavender and sage, creating an addicting aura of aromatics. Shares similarities with Gris Charnel Extrait, but this has a more refined dry down and composition. Where GCE has a bitter and spicy sandalwood, fig, and tonka, 6 amps up the warmth and sweetness with the Tonka and lavender. Definitely takes the suede/leather accords from 24 and 37, and adds some much needed depth and complexity. Tied for best of the Le Vestiaire line with Tuxedo.

Du bist das was ich gesucht habe

Versteht mich nicht falsch er ist gut sehr gut sogar aber leider sticht die Leder und Safran note am Anfang zu sehr raus. Nach 20-30 min ist es der perfekte Duft. schön angenehm maskulin und einfach ein Meisterwerk für einen Designer Duft. Über Preis Leitung müssen Wir gar nicht sprechen viel zu teuer, aber wenn es einem gefällt können sich die 330€ lohnen. zusätzlich kriegt man ihn wenn man glück hat oft online im sale für rund 250€
