And then I just watched a video on youtube from a guy called Mr. Persolaise (very kind guy, I liked the video even though I don't watch influencers often) and he said the same thing, answering someone mentioning it in the live chat...
I just find the sandalwood in Chanel No 5 EDP way less exhausting than in Samsara.

Althaïr I guess I think it just smells good. Whether it’s a perfume or not is what I have trouble with. But it’s a good smell.
Rose Rouge A dark and earthy but sweet rose.

Rose Rouge I`ve always declared myself a rose-hater. 
Portrait of a Lady Eau de Parfum just makes me think of a fussy, middle-aged prim British lady with a full 1980`s perm heavy with Aqua Net, getting ready to entertain her equally proper, annoying guests in a house full of pink, gaudy 1980`s home full with wall-to-wall carpeting. But recently I`m meeting more and more roses that are softening my heart towards the flower.
