I am new with the Amber note and knowledge with what and where it comes best to it's right....

Ambre sultan Eau de Parfum is amazing. Not specifically marketed to men but in my opinion it is the quintessential amber scent. I like it better than Grand Soir and you can get it for a much lower price as well.

You really only need these to be honest. Also try Armani Privé - Ambre Eccentrico

L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Noir Ambré

"Emporio Armani - Stronger With You Intensely | Giorgio Armani"

III-IV Tango

"Ambre Tabac | Daniel Josier"

Many great ambers mentioned. I'd add Ambre Fetiche by Goutal

I'll also add a vote for Ambre sultan Eau de Parfum and throw in a vote for Kalemat . They're my personal favorite ambers for cooler weather.

38 yo male here. Amber star  by Xerjoff is a masterpiece in my opinion. It's a fragrance not talked about a lot. It's a pitty that you can only buy it together with star musk. But you can also directly buy multiple 2ml testers from xerjoff you see if it suits you.

I forgot to mention Profumum Roma Ambra Aurea, the best amber on the market.

I'm going to concur with a number of already given suggestions here, but they deserve being put forward again Wink

First, the King, the face that launched a thousand ships: Ambre sultan Eau de Parfum - I don't know how it fares today, but when I smelled it first (ok, ages ago), the strong aromatic bouquet pulsating through and lack of overt sweetness (I even had an olfactive hallucination of salty) made me think immediately "a masculine amber??"
I know it changed quite a bit, I've seen "too sweet" mentioned here and there, but from what I understand it wouldn't have been totally disfigured by the successive reformulations? I haven't smelled the latest iterations so I can't tell.

Goutal's Ambre Fétiche Eau de Parfum gave me, from memory, a similar impression to the Sultan in its unusual complexity; at first dry and ruggish, with cold incense and a solid leather hint. With time though, it does sweeten and the usual ambrer accord is increasingly present, I'd say "more feminine" there, but a whiff of incense is still there.

And: the Ambre Russe by the always-so-refined Parfum d'Empire. I find it quite interesting that the perfumer chose to turn his back to the so frequent association between amber and orientalistic fantasies. Ambre Russe, then, has really interesting top-middle notes of vodka (you do feel the boozy burn!), aromatic with juniper, coriander and black tea (some people have an impression of cinnamony mulled wine spices though), and a good load of leather. In the second part, it becomes more of an amber-amber with swirly notes of pipe tobacco, and incense that sticks around to the end. I don't, myself, but some people find it cloying towards the end, FYI.
It's marketed as unisex but I can well imagine it seen as a "masculine".

@SixAmbregris has great recommandation I can't say much more everything is here.

I'd also add L'Eau d'Ambre Extrême which is in my opinion a much more refined version of Grand Soir by the master perfumer Ellena. It has a beautiful amber/vanilla base which is a great head turner. If you want a successful date, this is something you have to try on.

"Amberland," by Happyland Fragrances is great! I got a sample and I ended up getting a 30ML bottle. You don't need much because their fragrances lasts a really long time and project very well.

Ditto on the L'Artisans, I love both versions! It may be a bit heretical, but I like to combo (not really layer) the L'Eau d'Ambre and the L'Eau d'Ambre Extrême (spritzed at different places of my person). I haven't smelled either in too long to have something worthy to add here, but I remember them to be like the Platonic idea of an Amber. Maybe a tad bit too sweet to register as "clearly masculine"? I can't remember, really. But they sure are great!

Grand soir from MFK is a great niche amber. ( or eternal oud  if you don't want to pay the full price and you want a good substitute 95% similliar) .

Ambra Aurea  from PR.

Arabian oud  - Kalemat has a great ambery style ( but heavy)

My absolute best would be Amber Supreme from Les Indémodables house (Powdery but very mature) and Fetish Pour Homme Roja Dove (beautiful amber with leather and very good quality) and lastly best summer amber fragrance is Amber Cologne by Bortnikoff.
