A perfect day for the Herby, golden goodness of Le Pavillon d'Or .

Agua Drop. It was one of the first perfumes I tried when I started getting into this hobby, so it suffered a bit from my lack of experience. Not that I didn't understand that it was pretty, but I certainly underestimated how rare this kind of beauty is. I couldn't stop thinking about it ever since, gaining more and more appreciation for it with every new perfume I tried. So here I am again, back where I started, in love.

Today I'm wearing Barbara Bui Le Parfum which I haven't worn in a long time. It's more powdery and makeup-y than I remembered with prominent incense. Super chill and easy to wear. I don't know why I haven't worn it in so long.

The Mariner's Rhyme

Bought a decant of Esencia Eau de Parfum, giving it another go. It's still the same classy masculine scent I remember from last time I wore it. I keep hoping that one day it'll grow on me, because I got to hold a full bottle at a local perfume shop and it was gorgeous. It's like my favorite shade of green TwT

Testing Paula's Ibiza Eclectic today. I have to commend the elegance with which it captures the messy hippie aesthetic in a way that would be palatable to a consumer playing pretend at a luxury tropical resort. An interesting scent, but I'm not its target audience.
