I Feel Dirty
Once again a blind buy, once again a mistake. At least it's only 30 ml, which can now serve as a room fragrance, but actually, the oh-so-clean man is too unpleasant for that as well.

I've heard so much positive feedback about the brand Clean that I really wanted to give their fragrances a chance - and because I simply like that clean scent of fresh laundry. But Clean mainly offers women's fragrances, with a few unisex options. Clean for Men Classic is one of the very few men's fragrances, and a bottle was available for a very low price on eBay, so: why not?

Well, Clean for Men Classic is "fresh." But not in the way of fresh laundry, nor does it remind me of cleaning or textiles in any way, but rather in a very cheap aquatic-green way, oddly herbaceous and, above all, incredibly synthetic. It is precisely this synthetic quality that is so unpleasant that I sometimes find it almost repulsive. No wonder the entire men's line was discontinued; it's a horror.
If I want to draw comparisons, the scent has something of those unperfumed cleaning products that are intended more for industrial use. Essentially, the fragrance has very chemical notes, so even the synthetic aspect smells like raw material industry and doesn't even try to smell nice.
This whole disgust makes me feel anything but "Clean" - quite the opposite.

At least one can say that the almost depressingly sterile bottle fits well with its mediocre to rather cheap craftsmanship.
The performance is decent for a fragrance from the fresh shelf: 2½ hours of solid sillage, after which the projection decreases, and overall the scent lasts for 6 hours. The price is somewhat reasonable.

I cannot recommend this thing. Not for everyday use or leisure, for which it might be most suitable due to its scent direction, nor for anything else.
I don't know why I let myself be tempted again to buy a fragrance blind. It has almost always gone wrong in the past, and it has gone wrong again this time.
