Here's my Top 5. I paid more attention this year and tracked what I'm wearing, so it's an even split between Amouage and designers.

Most worn, 15x - Dior Homme Original (2011) Eau de Toilette

Tied for second, 13x each - Haltane, Black Lacquer, Fougère Royale (2010) Eau de Parfum

Givenchy III (2007) and L'Air du Temps Eau de Parfum

Both 21x but I purchased Givenchy III much later so, over the year, that is the 'winner' Smile

I forgot to mention I wore Luna Rossa Carbon 21 times.

Also, a favorite of mine also surprised me by how little I wore it. I only wore Morning Chess Eau de Parfum 5 times. I love it.

It`s lovely. It`s like someone figured out how to bottle up summer in an oil. Only downside is to remember not to rub your hands on your clothes for a little while after applying.

Well, I'm embarrassed to say it's a dupe, Counterattack. It's a dupe of the discontinued Antidote Eau de Toilette.

According to my history in Parfumo - which I track very precisely:

Gris Dior Eau de Parfum, N°19 Eau de Toilette, Sandan Perfume Oil and Bel Respiro Eau de Parfum top my list with equal number of wears. Makes sense because they're all part of my office rotation.

Don’t be, I happen to love Chic Magnet from them as it’s a dupe of discontinued Magnetism for Men Eau de Toilette and it’s wonderful.

I also have Jack from them which is a dupe of Original Vetiver which I also have.

Mine is a cheapie combo, I wear "Sweet Like Candy (Eau de Parfum) | Ariana Grande" and Cheirosa '68 in combination after my everything-showers.

just type a # and directly beyond that character (no space) start typing the fragrance.
