Do you wear fragrance to sleep? If so, which one(s)? 1

Just curious.

Not intentionally, but I love the cleanliness of Infusion d'Iris (2015) Eau de Parfum (always, but also when hopping into bed Smile)

A cheapy: Tosca Eau de Parfum is also lovely for bedtime, but more in a soapy way. Asif you just have taken a shower or bath as a kid and been watching TV with your hair still wet Smile I think I would choose the current (not in database) edt though, it's a bit softer and fluffy than the edp. Really comforting scent.

I can imagine Jicky Eau de Parfum to be great for bedtime too because of the aromatic feel and because of the lavender, never tried that though.

Not intentionally, no. The closest thing that might happen – is whichever perfume I'm testing in the evening ends up lasting way longer than I expect it to. But otherwise no. My nose has to smell stuff all day long already. Sleep is the time when it should be allowed to finally relax and recharge. Feels rude to take that away from it and force it to work overtime for no good reason Smile

I enjoy this guilty habit sometimes and I generally reach for chypres, because I feel that they tell an interesting story that puts me in the mood for dreaming. I love Le Sillage Blanc and II-IV Kintsugi for this.

Sometimes Pour Rêver (2024) which literally means "to dream"

Lately I’ve been dabbing on either Insolence Eau de Toilette, Tragedy, or The Pink Bedroom before bed. But I also really like layering Narciso Eau de Parfum Rouge with Narciso Eau de Parfum Poudrée

I try to give my nose a break, but if whatever I had on for the day is still going strong I will sometimes temper it with a spray of Radical Softness over the top

For me to sleep something fresh and clean like colognes (Acqua di parma) after a shower 👌

I often wear my good vintage parfums to bed:  Shalimar, Miss Balmain, Ma Griffe.  Comforting, and a good way to use them up before they age out.

Yes, fragrances can help me to sleep and I enjoy sniffing them right before falling asleep. I mostly wear the same fragrance as before the same day and I just respray a fresh spray before going to bed. Or if I have showered just before bed, then I select a new fragrance that I will  wear most likely the next day also.

I wear fragrances to bed nearly every day. I tend to select fragrances that have a soothing effect on me or a cooling or refreshing scent when it's really hot. It's hard to streamline my choices to types of fragrances because within each type of fragrances there are some that make me restless at night. When it's a bit colder I love scents like Anubis , Bois Mystérieux , Jubilation 25 Woman Eau de Parfum but also Hypnotic Poison (2014) Eau de Parfum and for example Angel Eau de Parfum or Angel (2011) Eau de Toilette edp (old formula). When it's hot and especially with a high humidity Aqua Allegoria Herba Fresca and Guerlain's Eau de Guerlain are my top choices.

Never intentionally.
But when I wear something in the evening, I tend to go for something clean, comforting, soft, to not disturb me at night if it persists until then.

Almost always. I change my fragrance 2-3 times everyday and the last one I spray usually an hour or two before bedtime. But I don't have specific fragrance or fragrances for bedtime, usually wear whatever I'm in the mood for 😉

Not every night, but when I do, it's one of those :

Bubble Bath (my favorite)

Citronnelle & Géranium

Green Tea Eau Parfumée

The Ritual of Jing - Relax but i've finished my bottle of this one last week and I am reconsidering buying it again.

Absolutely!

I used to not, because it felt wasteful. I was only enjoying it for a short time before drifting off.

For the past year though, I've picked up the pace with this. I'm a homeschooling mom, I don't spend much money on myself usually, aside from fragrance (and I'm still a bargain bunny even so), so perfume is my special indulgence. The quality of the experience that is drifting away to sleep with perfume is the ultimate self-care move. It's actually become my favorite fragrance moment ❤️

I'm also so tired usually, that perfume keeping me awake (even energizing things, like citrus) isn't even an issue 😂

Sure!

I love Aromatic Fougère Style., Typically light colognes. Agua Lavanda, Brummel and Sport Man by Puig, Brut de Faberge, Jacq's, Varon Dandy...
