I have tried many of the men's blue designer fragrances, and it's not the type of clean I am looking for. Recommend me fresh, clean, maybe soapy or shower gel ec fragrances.
Hawas Kobra is one of the cleanest and soapiest fragrances I have ever smelled. Like super strong pure soap! Exactly the smell after washing your hands with Dove soap but a million times stronger. If you want to fill the room with a soap smell, this is the one you're looking for. Definitely different than all the usual "blue" type fragrances. (It's supposed to be a dupe of 
Imagination but I can't comment that because I have never smelled any Luis Vuitton fragrances as they're not available for testing anywhere in my country.)
Try 
L'Humaniste and 
L'Humaniste Extrême
These are some of my favorite fresh men's fragrances. L'Humaniste is a lovely freshie, and the Extreme version is deeper / more intense with added soapy notes. I honestly wish all the men out there wearing Sauvage and Bleu de Chanel smelled like L'Humaniste and L'Humaniste Extreme instead. Haha!
My favorite soapy fragrance is one I've newly tried out: 
The Tragedy of Lord George . If you look at the notes you might be like "Rum? What is this, a booze fragrance?" But no, it's like a subtly-scented ultra-high-quality soap accord from what I've tested, with the slightest bit of a woody resin in the drydown.
Infusion d'Iris (2015) Eau de Parfum Marketed towards women but men love it on themselves too, if you want it more masculine, you could try 
Infusion de Cèdre (comes in a new bottle now and is said to be like 
Infusion d'Iris Cèdre This one is more of a 'white T-shirt' kind of clean.
Then there is 
Eau des Merveilles Bleue also marketed towards women, but many women find it too masculine, it is a very different take on 'blue' perfumes.
Vetiver Eau de Toilette a gorgeous and fresh vetiver.
Oh forgot: 
Paper Soap Eau de Parfum This is really Dove soap in a bottle. For me a bit too 'distinct' because it is SOAP from beginning till end, but if you like it that way, it is perfect. Very strong sillage and longevity.

Oh yeah this too for sure! Another super soapy fragrance. I didn't really get any other notes than soap/aldehydes from it either. I probably wouldn't say it's exactly high quality soap because to my nose The Tragedy of Lord George smelled just like normal soap, a traditional white soap bar from grocery stores, so in that sense I personally don't understand the price. But well the bottle is nice and different though. It's also so strong that you can taste the soap even after one tiny spray 😅🧼

When I want to smell just clean without wearing a blue fragrance, I go with 
Mojave Ghost Eau de Parfum. Really unique sapodilla note on the top that gives way to some light florals. It does have a sandalwood and cedar base though which prevents it from going too feminine leaning.
Gendarme EDP. but i don,t find in Europe

Vince. It's not soapy though. Similar style but woodier is

I agree that Sung Homme Eau de Toilette is soapy but it smells for my personal taste too much like an typical "old fashioned grandpa like scent"
I love soapy, elegant scents and tried a lot of different options in that regard, my absolute favourites are;
1. 
Amber pour Homme Eau de Toilette - smells like an super expensive, rather modern soap, not bothersome and elegant
2. 
Lavender on the Rocks - if you like rose and lavender, this is your perfect soapy, super elegant scent, i love it
3. 
#11 - White Soap - this is my imagination of a pure classic white solid soap, but does not last long.
The perfumes "pure soap" from Clean or "soap" for Demeter are extremely synthetic, cheap and absolutely not recommendable!
Colonia Essenza Eau de Cologne. Clean, soapy, long lasting.
L'Homme is a good shout. Non offensive, clean scent.

Amber pour Homme Eau de Toilette Always brings to mind high-end bar soap.
Castile Traditional neroli-dominated Eau de Cologne fragrance with impressive longevity.
Duc de Vervins Classic soapy lavender/pelargonium with a lovely oakmoss dry down.
Original Vetiver Soapy, 'polished' vetiver that is great for any season or occasion.
One I don't own but keep considering, definitely worth sampling if you like soapy scents, more of a herbal soapiness.

I totally agree! I completely forgot their existence tbh, but yeah, you're right, these two are definitely clean and soapy but not traditional blue type fragrances.
