So I’m just curious what are you all wearing to your jobs?
We have a small "clique" of male colleagues who all fell into the fragrance rabbit hole. Due to all having different tastes and bottles we bring some to work every day and decide "on the spot" which one to wear.
Since working in retail there is not really a rule what we can or can't wear (although we try to stay away from extreme potent oud scents when we have to work with customers directly), and all of us have received multiple compliments over the years (weekly even) and certain customers even look forward to visiting our store to see "what do those friendly and kind guys smell like today".
Today was a 
Bois Impérial Eau de Parfum and 
Ganymede Eau de Parfum - day, something which wasn't planned but was quite hilarious to catch whiffs of both of them and try to figure out who's fragrance we were smelling everywhere. 😅
Is there a strict "rule" as to not wear any fragrances in the O.R. or when interacting with patients ? Always wanted to switch careers and nursing seemed interesting but it would be a shame to not to spray my hard-earned cash away.
I wear nearly all of my collection and samples to work except for ones that I can’t see committing to a full bottle for.
For example, even after several samplings of 
Overture Man I can’t commit to a full bottle because although it has substance…it actually stinks like someone’s unwashed crotch to me. Not trying to smell like that anywhere, including work.
I work in a popular chain coffee shop (still trying to find something better, fingers crossed) and the rule there is 'no fragrances' but in practice... I mean, it's a coffee shop, not a hospital, people are coming in and out all day with their own personal odors.
Still, it's cramped in the back and I don't want to gas out my coworkers, so I wear perfume oils that have a very low sillage or I spray underneath my clothes (and I am a light sprayer to begin with) and avoid any of my heavier retro fragrances. There is no 
Joy Eau de Parfum allowed.

In all honesty though, anything but the oudy ouds and some Amouage bc it's too powerful. If the Sillage on parfumo.com is more than an 8, I'm probably not wearing it. You don't want your dentist in your face smelling like 
The Night and you can't breath
Generally, if it's in my collection I might wear it to work. I work in what can be described as a professional office. This week, so far, I've worn "Patchouli Intense / Patchouli Homme (Eau de Parfum) | Nicolaï / Parfums de Nicolaï", 
Northern Cardinal, 
Endymion Concentré , and 
Coven.
I will wear just about anything besides 
Youth-Dew Eau de Parfum and 
Opium (1977) Eau de Toilette because they are simply too strong for work and project for miles. I also avoid 
Patchouli Eau de Cologne and 
Aramis Eau de Toilette as they can have some less than popular notes to some people.
My go-tos for work are 
Habit Rouge Spirit and 
Platinum Égoïste Eau de Toilette as they seem to win my coworkers over the most. I receive nothing but compliments when I wear those two to work.
I'm starting a new job that's work from home soon, so then I could truly wear whatever I want!
I wear whatever is in my collection to work, but do take the amount of sprays into account depending on the sillage of a fragrance. I won't bathe myself in 
Oajan or 
Red Tobacco, to name a few. Getting a whiff of it is fine but choking everyone out is a no-no, whether it is in a professional setting or leisure.
In general, I don't follow the whole "wear 
L'Homme or 
Grey Vetiver Eau de Parfum , they are perfect office scents". Wear whatever you want, but be mindful of not being the person that always reeks of Cologne.
As for fragrances I wore this week, I've been wearing 
Althaïr and 
Myslf. No specific occasion for these, I just felt like wearing them.
I have to say thank god I'm not working at the moment as the attitude towards fragrances in my country has become very hostile and most working places are requiring people to be completely fragrance free nowadays. That would be a nightmare to me. When I was working as a language teacher, I wore whatever I was in the mood for as schools weren't fragrance free environments yet back then. When I was working for Lush Finland and Lush Kitchen, I wore only Lush fragrances. That's why I'm still a bit fed up with some of them and some of them remind me of work even though I love them 😄

I'm not employed (I'm a SAHM), but if when I rejoin the workforce it'll be a huge blow to relinquish my fragrances for a large portion of the day.
I would try to wear something light, but I know of two places that aren't even medical facilities that insist on their employees even switching to scent-free detergent, shampoos, and deodorants. It's nuts out there 😐
I'm very lucky that where I am fragrance seems to be loved and extremely tolerated. I try to be mindful at work and avoid heavy Oud style fragrances, otherwise everything goes. I also tend not to wear gourmands to work because I just prefer fragrances that feel a bit more professional and refined in the workplace, kinda like - I'm approachable and nice, but I bite.
At the moment, clean fragrances, unisex trends, or at least nothing too aggressive. For example:
Amber pour Homme Eau de Toilette
And I say ‘at the moment’ because I have a large collection and I need to start using everything more often.
light colognes I'll say. Some of them: Drakkar Noir, Brut by Faberge, Boston man, Dunhill for Men, CK One....
I have a very kind and tolerant officemate who doesn’t mind my fragrances which was an early convo and huge plus. I do sample sometimes when I have a lot of desk work. It’s a small room and no windows so I feel fortunate that it’s not a problem! I do frequently have meetings offsite and need to tailor my choices.
Recently I have been wearing soft, subtle fragrances that might not be readily recognized as perfume:
"Feu Secret | Fzotic / Bruno Fazzolari"
The last is likely the most obvious perfume. A gorgeous linden soliflore by Olivia Giacobetti. The base is very dry with lots of hay and may comes across like a body product more than perfume.
The rest are all iris-based which is and isn’t a coincidence. I do love iris but it is really only prominent in Feu Secret. Mal-Aimé is green weeds, Petrichor is self-explanatory and features the loveliest vetiver. Iris de Gris is centered on a green pea accord.
None of them are big projectors and I find that it’s my preference for office wear. I hate spending any part of the work day feeling like I am wearing too much. Weekends and evenings however…
I work in toy store (which I love) to bide my time and stockpile money until I get into grad school. I’m trying to use up my 50 ml bottle of 
CK One Eau de Toilette. It’s a great easy reach since it’s pretty weak and inoffensive.
Sometimes I even get a bit more daring and spritz on some 
Jasmin et Cigarette. My skin eats it up though, and I can’t reapply at work! So it goes.

When I did have to come into the office there was an unofficial rule that no scents were allowed as there were an army of Karens ready to complain if anyone violated these "rules". Heck they even complained that the air freshener in the bathroom was scented. They would rather smell 💩 apparently, lol. So again very thankful I'm working from home wearing fifteen sprays of Red Tobacco. 😉

Thats awesome. Having a couple guys that are also into the hobby makes it more fun. I only have 1 friend that’s into fragrances so good for you. But those are 2 very good fragrances. Ganymede is top 5 in my collection for me. Bois imperial gets me non stop complements.
But to answer your question about fragrances in the OR, as long as it’s not super strong and fresh for the most part nobody complains. I’m in surgery so patients are usually sleeping. But I have gotten compliments from people walking around the hospital. Idc if there was a rule, I’ll always wear a fragrance. I feel naked if I don’t

Haha not sure if I’ve smelled the overture man but I will soon. But same I wear most of my fragrances except for the heavy winter fragrances.

Same. I actually try not to wear those “perfect office” fragrances to work. But man let me tell you, I sprayed red tobacco on my socks just to test out the dry down (I had no intentions of wearing those socks). I accidentally wore the same ones to work a couple days later and I was getting this whiff and had no idea where it was coming from. Turned out to be the socks. Nobody said anything but man it smelled amazing

Lmao 15 sprays of red tobacco is hilarious. But I just don’t get how people could hate fragrances so much they would rather smell a dirty bathroom. Good for you working from home. Try 15 sprays of oud satin mood next, works wonders 😉
Working from home, I get to wear whatever I want and as much as I want. The only person I risk choking out is myself (hasn't happened yet) 😂

I’ll basically wear anything from my collection but I’m also a light sprayer (2-3 sprays). Although I do make more conscious choices on days where I know I’ll have meetings with many people in a small meeting room. Those days I’m mostly grabbing

You Eau de Parfum or 
L'Eau Papier Eau de Toilette.
I have the fortune of working in a drugstore that sells perfume, so I usually choose on the day, but I typically gravitate towards my usual favourites which include 
Pure XS for Her, 
Ari Eau de Parfum, 
Sweet Tooth Eau de Parfum or 
To Be (Woman). If I am at my other job, however, I typically go for 
La Belle or Pure XS for Her.
