I suppose the amount of eligible perfumes depends on your personal definition of "green"... But yeah, overall it doesn't seem to be a popular category right now. Most perfumes I catch whiffs of on the street are either super sweet, or manly colognes for manly men, or super sweet manly colognes for manly men.
That said, out of perfumes I've tested recently 5 fit into green category according to Parfumo:
Infusion de Figue – fig leaves with a salty resinous aftertaste. Lovely idea, but has a stevia-like undertone which I personally dislike.
From the Garden – green tomato, which is lovely in theory, but gimmicky in practice. That greenness barely lasted the first 30 minutes, and afterwards it was back to the old boring flowers again...
H24 Herbes Vives – grassy, like a freshly mown American lawn. I find that kind of greenness lifeless. It also became sweaty on drydown
Un Jardin sur le Toit – like a grass smoothie with 10 spoonfuls of sugar. Again, the greenness doesn't last long, quickly dissipates and becomes headache-inducingly floral.
Aqua Allegoria Rosa Verde – quite great, actually! Cucumbery, watery, green all over. Delightful summer scent that delivers on all its promises.
Also, while it's not as green according to the popular vote,
Aire Anthesis. On me it started fruity, but soon dissipated into pure aquatic greenness that lasted the rest of the day. Like the smell of cut flower stalks. Oddly specific kind of green, but green nonetheless.
