What fragrance do you all wear to work?

I have been alternating Dior Homme (2020) Eau de Toilette , L'Homme and Jazz Club . The last one may sound weird, but on my skin it does not radiate any booze or sweetness.

I switch it up, but I try not to wear anything too strong and projecting. Today was an exception, I wore Ambre d'Alexandrie and that was quite strong for my usual preference for the office.

Usual reaches have been Armani Privé - Vétiver d'Hiver, For Her Musc Noir Rose, and Scarlet Rouge.

I wear Reflection Man, Violette 30, and Father Figure at the office depending on my mood. Also Blanche Eau de Parfum sometimes.

For work, I usually keep it light, clean and non-intrusive, especially in environments like yours. Lately, I’ve been rotating between a few subtle picks:
Vetiver Delight super fresh, earthy and calming… feels very “put together” without announcing itself.
Odyssey Limoni Fresh Edition great for daytime, citrusy and uplifting but not overpowering at all.
Joy Parfum soft, elegant and slightly floral
Opium (1977) Parfum I go very light with this one, just a tiny dab

I spritz a little White Cotton Eau de Toilette (straight disinfectant and laundry detergent + cotton bath towel) on when I'm doing volunteer stuff at the hospital. Really recently, I also like do a wide spray of Musk Matcha| 45 (frothed unsweet soapy matcha-mate, intimate projection) on the front of my hoodie/shirt, and/or put a spritz on the back of one hand and then press both backs of hands together to transfer.

White cotton is all safe and sterile-clean. Musk Matcha is technically a gourmand, but it's soapy-ish (especially in the opening) and lighter, and the slight bitter and tea-herbalness makes it less foody and more just comforting imo. Anyhow I live in asia, so matcha doesn't stand out and I guess the tea-ness is also reminiscent of TCM so it could be soothing and familiar.

All around clean and/or demure vibes which also fits my workplace attitude lol.

Literally everything in my collection goes well in an office, I guess I'm pretty "basic" by enthusiast standards. I guess the only one I imagined would annoy/irritate people was Ombré Leather (2018) Eau de Parfum but to my surprise it was the first and still most positively commented fragrance, by pregnant coworkers too. Every time I wear it I get the "Is that the Tom Ford you're wearing again? It's so good." I never understood the appeal of "compliments" till I got one, it does brighten up my day, especially as a dude who's received a handful of compliments his entire life.

I wear Goddess Eau de Parfum or Honour 43 or Tilia or Gris Charnel Extrait.

I work in the kitchen at a restaurant. So I'm mindful of the fragrances I wear especially the sprays. I usually wear light and fresh scents like Dior Homme Sport 2021 and ADG Parfum.

For work I stick to things that are clean, close to the skin, and never polarizing. My go-to is L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme fresh, subtle, zero chance of bothering anyone next to me.

On days I want something slightly more interesting I reach for Terre d'Hermès lightly applied sophisticated but never loud.

The golden rule for me at work: one spray max, on the chest, never on the neck or wrists where it projects more. That way you get the mood boost without becoming "that person" in the elevator. 😅

Today, just for funsies I’m wearing Oud Palao

Normally I wear something more subdued like Delina La Rosée or You Eau de Parfum

I wear OG Profondo, it's so good but disappears after 2-3 hours which is good because I work at chemistry lab and I don't want nothing to interfere with my sense of my self for sake of my, other peoples safety.

For me, its either imagination, blue talisman or tam dao

I work from home now, but when I worked in an office, it was a very "upper class" office, lots of bougie and "Very Important" people coming and going. I wore Quelques Fleurs L'Original Eau de Parfum until the CEO told me I should wear something else because it smelled too similar to her own perfume. Then I alternated between the now discontinued Stephen Jones - Wisteria Hysteria, Colonia Eau de Cologne, and N°19 Poudré.

I work in an unwalled factory department, so I pretty well wear whatever I feel like that day. Twisted Peppermint was the only thing I wore for years because it’s cool and clean, but since delving into perfumes my additional favourites for work have been Light Blue Eau de Toilette and Ex'cla-ma'tion. I’ve received compliments from coworkers on Fame in Love, Gaultier Divine Le Parfum, and L'Interdit (2018) Eau de Parfum.

I work in retail so most of my fragrances are lighter since it's more realistic for me to wear them to work. I mostly wear either Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere or Amazing Grace Eau de Toilette I recently got Light Blue Eau de Toilette and have been wearing that to work sometimes as well.

I have a fairly relaxed atmosphere at work, so I’ve worn every perfume from my collection to work.

It depends on the season but to the office I mainly wear more conservative fragrances. This month I'm wearing Naxos, Prada l'Homme, 40 Knots, Terre d'Hermes, Remember me and Leather Jardin.

The evening, night out, party is a different story...

Fully agree! Very lovely and dirty scent. But i can wear purpose 50. But with Purpose (the non 50) again are on the dirty side with the cumin.

I work with patients, only for brief 5-10 minute stints. Current picks for me are L'Eau Papier Eau de Toilette and Musk Therapy Extrait de Parfum

I tend to pick stuff that is fresh/musky so if anyone complains I can blame it on laundry detergent or hand lotion

In a hospital setting I'd keep it light and fresh. Club de Nuit Iconic works really well, clean, airy and not too loud. I also reach for Acqua di Giò Profondo (2020) Eau de Parfum Acqua di Giò Profondo when I want something professional and easygoing.

When I go into office I tend to be okay wearing most things as long as it's not like insane or the wrong mood. I wear Grey Flannel Eau de Toilette, Terre d'Hermès Eau de Toilette, Valentino Uomo Born In Roma, Lineage, Reflection Man, I think maybe I've worn Black Orchid Eau de Parfum? I wouldn't wear Sticky Fingers Extrait de Parfum to work.

Technically a bit off topic but I'm more selective about what I wear to a Japanese class I take - it's a smaller space, closer quarters, plus it's a Japanese class and in Japan people tend to find strong perfume offputting and I don't want to disrespect my teacher or those around me in that environment. I stick to lower sillage stuff or more soft scents - Terre d'Hermès Eau de Toilette, Reflection Man, Lineage, Fat Electrician, Exit the King, You or Someone like You.

Honestly I'd probably even wear Jubilation XXV Man to work lol

I’m in between jobs for now and mainly just in the application/interview phase. If I get one of the library/information organization jobs, I might be a bit more adventurous and put my bottle of Do Son Eau de Toilette to good use. But if I get the job at a hippie grocery store, I’ll keep it toned down with Love Perfume Oil.
