In no particular order and off the top of my head:
What are your top 5 perfumes in your collection?
Ambre Sultan: Serge Lutens
Héritage edt: Guerlain
Neroli Sauvage: Creed
Santal Royal: Guerlain
Eau Capitale: Diptyque

Fraujulia
I currently have a rather tiny collection, so by choosing TOP-5 I won't be leaving much out, lol. But lemme do it anyway:
1. Solo Vulcan
2. Solo Cedro
4. Solo Atlas
5. Earth
1- Folkwinds Smoke Jumping + American Pharaoh
2- Yaaseen x lost tribe Night
3- Havenhollow Burniss
4- Slumberhouse Sova + Baque + Kiste
5- house of heartistry Celestial Amber
Lets see what this random list turns out to be... (writing this as a stream of live consciousness lol)
1. Spice and Black Vanilla Eau de Toilette Pretty much locked its place in as #1. For a while I thought having this as my signature would be a reflection onto me of my taste, place in the fragrance world, the amount of fragrances I've been exposed to, etc. But at the end of the day, 1. I've been exposed to multiple fragrances in my life time from well regarded designer and niche houses. 2. I remind myself I don't really care how I am perceived, so why am I tricking myself into thinking I do? lol. This has always been such a clutch for me and cuts through all of the fragrances I have tried. Yes, the $20 EDT you can pick up from Target is the king.
2. Blue Moon Ginger Dash On the opposite side of the spectrum, I hate how expensive this is lol 😭 I've seen this fragrance described as common? Well baby if it is point me to its counterparts because I cannot find a replica of this and the others that exist are not as well blended and smooth. It manages to maintain that icy gin and tonic smell but without smelling like a cleaner product or super sharp.
3. Fantasy Intimate Edition Another cheap fragrance that makes the cut! 😍 I actually didn't really like this at first, but those sometimes tend to end up the best, no? This is so clean and soft smelling. I really don't know how to describe it. It's lemon, brown sugar, and violet leaf, with a little bit of an animalic aspect in the background. I wear this when I want to feel cozy and at peace. It's by far the most feminine-marketed in my collection (I will save my rant for how fragrances are a great tool for exploring gender identity another day!)
4. Kalemat The first time I smelled this I went WOWWW. I had entered into a lull of being a little uninspired by the wave of fragrances I had been trying. Then this entered my life. It's fragrances like this that remind me why I love fragrance and picked it up as a hobby. Unique, lux, intoxicating, rich, quality, etc. I have nothing but good things to say about this one. It's just so complex and very well done. I don't even have a full bottle because a little goes a long way with this one. Me and my 10ml have been very happy together.
5. Crème de Cuir Eau de Parfum This is one of those fragrances that ticks a lot of boxes and happens to be a lot of different things, while still maintaining its own identity. Which, in my opinion, is difficult to do, especially in the world of fragrance, where an identity of a fragrance can be easily occupied in the mind. Soft, creamy, leathery, and versatile. Great for leisure, date night, even office appropriate on some days imo.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE I GUESS?
1) L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Eau de Toilette
2) Valentino Uomo (2014) Eau de Toilette the 2021 version, not the 2014
3) La Nuit de L'Homme Eau de Toilette
5) Eros Flame
This is currently not counting decants/samples, just the full bottles. Im currently expanding more toward niches. 🙂
"Hey, my collection has grown more than thrice its previous size, I wonder what changed from last time I answered this?"
1. Solo Vulcan
2. Earth
3. Solo Atlas
5. Agua Drop
Well... Perhaps a little bit? But also nothing much.
Out of my current collection my top five would look like:
Ok. Don't laugh. I am still exploring many different houses and feel like I am constantly on the search for stuff that can beat these but I seem to have a one track mind.
Yup. 4 out of 5 are Rogue. I don't want to hijack this thread, but if anyone has suggestions on vintage styled classic fragrance houses, I am all ears, send me a message. I have plenty of other houses in my list and it's not like I haven't tried others, but none as great as these. So far.

The house of Guerlain, definitely !

@Killsocket there's a group of guys on here that have been compiling a list together of what they lovingly refer to as "grandpa juices" (classic-style vintage blends) - if that's what you're after, you might be interested in joining their convo! https://www.parfumo.com/forums...
